Highly flexible die tooling system: customized dies built to customer specifications; simply change die sets for different specs.
Versatile feeding configurations: Dual loose/taped (RF-101M), Loose-only (RF-101MA), and Taped-only (RF-101MB).
High throughput of 110 pcs/min (6,600 pcs/hr); vibratory bowl accommodates up to 600 loose parts per batch.
Accommodates component body length 3.8~20 mm, body diameter 2.3~8 mm, and lead wire diameter Ø0.4~Ø1.3 mm.
