Ren Thang Machine
The RT-82F is a high-speed motorized vertical axial lead former producing up to 60,000 pcs/hour for upright PCB assembly. Featuring zero-stress cutting mechanics and precise 2.5–13.5 mm lead pitches, it easily expands into the taped/loose dual-use RT-86F by adding the RT-10 hopper.

- Specialized vertical bending: bends one lead 180 degrees into a stand-up mount with pitch (P) 2.5 ~ 13.5 mm.
- Configurable for high-shoulder narrow-pitch or low-shoulder wide-pitch; bending R-angle 1~3 mm maintains lead integrity.
- Independent rotary disc cutters and precision vertical tooling impart zero mechanical stress or axial tension.
- Vertical cut lead length (B) 2~12 mm, support lead (H) < 25 mm, body length 3.6~18 mm, body diameter 1.5~6 mm.
- Modular upgrade capability: can be upgraded to taped/loose vertical former RT-86F by adding the RT-10 loose hopper.
