- Foot Pedal Actuation: Ergonomic foot pedal triggers instantaneous dispensing, allowing hands to remain focused on vacuum nozzle guidance and precise part placement.
- Combined or Independent Operation: Dispensing module and vacuum placement module can be used independently or combined for seamless unified operation.
- Standard L-Shape Rails & Support Pins: Includes robust L-rail PCB clamping guide and flexible support pins accommodating boards up to 250 × 300 mm, including double-sided PCBs.
- High-Capacity Feeders & Carousel: Supports up to 16 tape feeders (8/12/16mm) and includes a 45-bin dual-compartment (90-type) covered rotating carousel for loose components.
